Refund & Returns Policy

At KashmirCart, we are committed to delivering the highest quality authentic Kashmiri products. Please carefully review our strict return and refund guidelines below to ensure a smooth resolution in the rare event of a damaged shipment.

Mandatory Unboxing Video

To process any claim, a clear, uncut unboxing video is strictly required. You must record the package being opened from its original sealed state to demonstrate the condition of the items upon arrival. Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

Damaged Items Only

We do not offer refunds for change of mind or subjective preferences. Refunds are exclusively limited to items that arrive damaged in transit. The damage must be clearly visible in your mandatory unboxing video.

15-Day Claim Window

All claims for damaged goods, along with the required video evidence, must be submitted to our team within 15 calendar days from the date of delivery. Requests submitted after this window will not be entertained.

Analysis & Approval Process

Once you submit your claim and unboxing video, our quality assurance team will thoroughly analyze the evidence. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on our assessment of the damage.

Non-Returnable Items (Walnuts)

Due to the nature of the product, Walnuts are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable under any circumstances. Please ensure you are certain of your purchase before placing an order for walnuts.

No Food Item Exchanges

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, no food items or consumables will be exchanged. If a food item (excluding walnuts) arrives damaged, it is eligible for a refund following the unboxing video process, but not an exchange.
